The room had a lovely balcony that was nice to enjoy.
The shower in the bathroom had some mold growing in the corner.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Naples, and the half-day guided excursion was a highlight, complete with a pick-up at the hotel and a visit to a volcanic cave. Our special needs son's autism support dog was warmly welcomed, making our stay comfortable.
In my wife’s opinion, the surrounding area felt unsafe, especially at night. It would be great if there were more activities for families with children.

The hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace with stunning views. The breakfast choices felt like a feast, fresh and delicious. I appreciated the room's cleanliness, with a comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for getting to the train station quickly. However, the area around the hotel feels unsafe at night, which is a major drawback. Traffic noise was also distracting, even though the room was somewhat soundproofed. The air conditioning could use improvement, as it took a while to cool down. A bit more attention to detail in the bathrooms would be nice, especially with regards to mold that I noticed. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay.

Had a lovely stay with a spacious room and a delightful little balcony to sip my coffee on in the morning. The hotel had a cozy leisure room and a sun terrace that were perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The only downside was the hairdryer setup made it tricky for both of us to get ready at the same time, but it didn't dampen our experience at all! 😊

The rooftop bar offers a stunning view over the city, making it a worthwhile stop for a drink before heading out. Rooms feature modern decor with ample space, a rare find for city-center accommodations. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a variety of hot and cold options to fuel your day.
Noise levels from the street can be quite noticeable, especially on lower floors. this can disrupt your sleep depending on the timing of the traffic. In our experience, the lack of proper drinking glasses in the room was frustrating—only cardboard cups available, and trying to borrow wine glasses resulted in unexpected charges through room service. The room we received felt cramped. despite being labeled a double room, it was more akin to a last-resort single, leaving us feeling underwhelmed for the price.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed a half-day excursion that included a tour of a volcanic cave and tasted local specialties at a nearby farm. The breakfast was fantastic, and we loved hanging out at the rooftop bar.
One downside was the neighborhood. It felt a bit dodgy at night, so we were cautious about walking around after dark.

The stay featured a rooftop breakfast with stunning views, making it a unique experience. The staff were friendly and responsive, especially during a challenging arrival after a hospital visit. However, the room's air conditioning was overly warm and couldn't be adjusted, and there wasn't enough space for personal items, which made organization difficult.

The rooftop bar really set the mood, perfect for sipping aperitivos while eyeing the chaotic streets below. And let's not forget the homemade pasta served for breakfast—absolutely divine! Plus, it's super convenient right across from the main station for easy day trips.
The noise here is no joke. we were practically serenaded by sirens all night. Our room even had faint whiffs of wood fire, but not in a way that made us hungry—more like 'why's my throat dry? '
